All items sold by Tammy Dawn Creates are digital products (e.g., PDF tutorials, printable card recipes, design files). Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is completed.
Before You Purchase
- Read listings carefully. Each product page describes what’s included, file formats, and any required tools/software.
- Check compatibility. Ensure you can open/print the listed file types (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG).
- Personal use only (unless stated). Usage rights are specified in each listing.
Order Issues We’ll Help With (No Refunds Issued)
- Download problems or file corruption: We’ll re-issue links or replace files so you get what you purchased.
- Duplicate purchases (same product, same account): We’ll provide store credit for the duplicate item after verification.
- Incorrect file sent by us: We’ll promptly send the correct file.

Unauthorized Transactions & Chargebacks
If you believe your payment method was used without permission, contact your bank/card issuer. We’ll cooperate with their investigation. Submitting a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled digital order may result in account access being paused pending resolution.

Taxes
